Our property management has a full time person on site at Olivia to help with any questions or problems. Additionally, our housekeepers and maintenance staff are on-site every day. We keep a close eye on all the homes to ensure all of our guests enjoy their visit to the coast. 

In addition, our employees live in the surrounding area and can be a great source for information on places you would like to visit. They are also very familiar with good restaurants in the area so feel free to pick their brains for delicious destinations.
